I was skeptical about adjusters who come to our door. Never thought we needed our roof changed until our backup insurance company said it’s too old and we can’t get reinsured. Christian knocked on our door at the right time and since we were skeptical, we asked a lot of questions, did our research on the company, and he was so transparent, informative, knowledgeable, and not hesitant to let us know what’s up. He’s very well versed in the policies, rules, and regulations, and how home insurance policies work. He gave us all the info we needed and did not abandon us once we got the money from the insurance company. He was always there to answer questions. I would highly recommend Christian because he got us what we needed for our roof. We were afraid we weren’t going to get insured from Gulfstream because they went bankrupt and it had been a while since the last hurricane but he worked it out and was able to get us covered for wind damage through Figa.
